[origin: EP0922452A1] The invention relates to compounds to be used for preparation of compositions, which can be applied to the skin to prevent or reduce or treat skin rash or diaper rash resulting from lipolytic dermatitis. The compositions can be in the form of cosmetic lotions, creams, powders, oils, foams and the like. The compositions can also be applied to diapers, incontinent-pads, wipes and the like. The invention also relates to the use of such a composition to prevent or reduce such a skin rash and a process for reducing the lipolytic enzyme activity of lipase enzymes present on external skin.
