[origin: WO9928364A1] Disclosed is a method of preparing a low density CO2-blown foam that has a high closed cell content. Foams prepared by the method of the present invention are useful in pour-in-place applications such as garage doors, doors, walk-in coolers, portable coolers, refrigerators, and water heaters, for example. Use of the method described herein reduces foam leakage from a mold during pour-in-place operations, and thus reduces waste and the cost associated with producing foam-filled articles made using a pour-in-place procedure.
