A package contains a pair of stockings (2a,2b) and bears a printed image or legend (3). The stockings are folded and placed alongside each other such that the images (3a,3b) printed on the stockings form a single image. The package has a cardboard stiffening back (4) to which a transparent foil (5) is welded. The packet has an aperture (6) for a hook.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Strumpfverpackungsanordnung mit einem Paar Strümpfen (2a, 2b), die ein Bild- und/oder Wortmotiv (3) tragen, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strümpfe (2a, 2b) derart gefaltet und nebeneinanderliegend angeordnet sind, daß die auf den Strümpfen (2a, 2b) erscheinenden Bildmotivteile (3a, 3b) zumindest nahezu vollständig das ganze Bildmotiv (3) ergeben. <IMAGE>
