Ce panneau de signalisation constitué d'un socle sur lequel est fixé un élément d'indication (7), caractérisé en ce que : le socle se présente sous la forme de deux éléments tubulaires (3) articulés sur une partie support (1), la partie support (1) présente des moyens de fixation d'une lame ressort (2) destinée à recevoir l'élément d'indication, chaque élément articulé (3) est muni d'une butée (4) destinée à venir en appui sur la partie support(1), afin d'interdire le repliage dudit élément articulé vers le haut, chaque élément articulé (3) est muni d'une griffe antiglissement (5) destinée à coopérer avec le sol pour éviter le glissement du panneau sous l'effet d'un effort. <IMAGE>
