[origin: WO9928215A1] A collapsible container (10) includes a container body which includes a plurality of body members (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30), at least some of which are hingedly connected together by lockable hinge mechanisms (66, 70, 74, 76) so that hinged displacement of the hingedly connected body members allows the container body to be collapsed from an erect state to a collapsed state, and erected from the collapsed state to the erect state. The lockable hinge mechanisms (66, 70, 74, 76) include locking means for locking the container body in its erect state and its collapsed state.
