[origin: WO9927062A1] The invention relates to pourable detergents for washing dishes by hand which remain stable in storage and which have a specific viscosity profile. The detergents contain tenside mixtures of anionic tensides and/or non-ionic tensides and/or betaine tensides and between 0.01 and 5 wt. % polymers, and preferably have (1) a viscosity of between 1,300 and 9,000 mPa.s at 20 DEG C and with a shear rate of 10 s<-1> or a viscosity of between 500 and 8,000 mPa.s at 20 DEG C and with a shear rate of 30 s<-1> and/or (2) 0.2 to 60 wt. % tenside mixture and/or (3) 0.2 to 49.8 wt. % anionic tensides, 0.1 to 14.9 wt. % non-ionic tensides and 0.1 to 14.9 wt. % betaine tensides.
