Abstract (en)

The water drainage channel (30) running around at least part of the inner periphery of the shower tub (12) is incorporated into the top side of the tub rim (24), at roughly the same height as the bottom side of the shower door. When the door is closed it lies on the inside of the drainage channel. The shower screen (10) is formed by partition walls (14) with at least one hinged or sliding door leaf (18) attached to a partition wall or corner post (16). The bottom side of the door is smooth or profile-less.

Abstract (de)

Um einen Wasseraustritt in den Baderaum vor der Duschabtrennung weitestgehend zu verhindern, ist bei einer Duschabtrennung mit einer Duschtasse (12) und mit an deren Rand (24) nach oben anschließenden Trennwänden (z.B. 14), wobei wenigstens eine mauerseitig, an einer festen Trennwand (14) oder an einem Eckpfosten (16) verschieblich oder schwenkbar angebrachte Tür (18) am unteren Rand (28) glatt bzw. profillos ist und wobei die im Inneren (20) mit einem Wasserauslauf (22) versehene Duschtasse (12) eine zumindest bereichsweise umlaufende Wasser-Ablaufrinne (30) aufweist, vorgesehen, daß die Ablaufrinne (30) oben in den Rand (24) der Duschtasse (12) eingelassen ist, welcher sich auf nahezu gleicher Höhe (h) wie die Türunterkante (28) und bei geschlossener Tür (18) außerhalb von dieser befindet. Ferner ist unterhalb der Ablaufrinne (30) und/oder eines ihr benachbarten Innenvorsprungs (38) eine nach außen einspringende Schräge, Auskehlung (40) o.dgl. vorhanden. <IMAGE>
