The stick grip (10), particularly for a cross-country ski stick, has a hand loop (11) releasably securable to the stick by a first connecting component (64). In a stick grip recess (26) a second connecting component (46) works in conjunction with the first connecting component and by means of an operating member (44) accessible in the area of the grip head is movable against a sprung location. The access (28) to the stick grip recess, in which the first connecting component can be moved inwards and outwards, is aligned in a straight line with the outlet of the stick grip recess, in which area the operating member is operable.

Ein Stockgriff (10) für Langlaufstöcke ist mit einer Handschlaufe (11) versehen, die über ein erstes an der Handschlaufe (11) festgelegtes Verbindungselement (64) mit dem Stockgriff (10) lösbar verrastbar ist. Dabei ist in einer Stockgriffausnehmung (26) ein mit dem ersten Verbindungselement (64) zusammenwirkendes zweites Verbindungselement (46) vorgesehen, das mittels eines im Bereich des Griffkopfes zugänglichen Betätigungsgliedes (44) entgegen einer federnden Lagerung bewegbar ist. Der Zugang (28) zur Stockgriffausnehmung (26), in den das erste Verbindungselement (64) ein- und ausführbar ist, ist in einer etwa geradlinigen Flucht mit dem Ausgang der Stockgriffausnehmung (26), in dessen Bereich das Betätigungsglied (44) betätigbar ist, angeordnet. <IMAGE>
