[origin: EP1036579A2] The stick grip (10), particularly for a cross-country ski stick, has a hand loop (11) releasably securable to the stick by a first connecting component (64). In a stick grip recess (26) a second connecting component (46) works in conjunction with the first connecting component and by means of an operating member (44) accessible in the area of the grip head is movable against a sprung location.
