Abstract (en)
The appliance for mounting pistons in cylinders involves a clamping body (1) consisting of at least two segments (2,2') and gripping round the piston rings (10,10',10). The clamping body is sprung and radially inwardly tensioned, and possesses a spring force greater than the sum of the tangential forces of the piston rings. The outline of the inner peripheral surface of the segments matches the outline of the outer peripheral surface of the piston (9).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Montage von Kolben (9) mit radial nach außen spannenden Kolbenringen (10,10',10'') in Zylindern. Mittels eines die Kolben (9) umspannenden Spannkörpers werden die Kolbenringe (10,10',10'') im Kolben zentrisch gehalten. Der Spannkörper (1) weist Segmente auf, die unter Federkraft an den Kolbenringen (10,10',10'') anliegen. Die Spannkraft ist so bemessen, daß die Tangentialkraft der Kolbenringe überschritten wird. <IMAGE>
