[origin: EP1036659A2] Each adjusting element (1) has a position transmitter, working in conjunction with an absolute measuring system (2). On part of the control, address signals transmitted over a bus system (5) are storable in an address memory of the adjusting element. If the signal delivered by the position transmitter, corresponds to a position signal transmitted over the bus system. By the control (4), signals are transmittable over the bus system, which corresponds to a specified position range. The width of the position range is smaller than the width of an adjusting element.
