Abstract (en)
The device for filling cylindrical containers (9) with a pile (19) of disk-shaped articles (3), especially potato crisps, comprises a conveyor (1) which feeds horizontal piles of crisps in the direction (A). A second conveyor (30) for containers has a filling station (20) and an unloading station (35). A guide (18, 24) with a holder (25) at its end can be moved alongside a pile of crisps to grip it and insert it into a container, after which it can be withdrawn.

Auf einem Zufuhrförderer (1) werden scheibenförmige, flachseitig aneinander liegende Produkte (3) hochkant stehend angeliefert. Jeweils ein Stapel (19) der Produkte (3) wird mittels eines Schiebers (6) in den Behälter (9) eingeschoben. Beim Einschieben stützt ein Halteplättchen (25) das vorderste Produkt (3). Das Halteplättchen (25) ist derart verschwenkbar, dass es ausserhalb des Querschnitts des Stapels (19) ist. Die Behälter (9) werden mittels eines Sternrades (32) zugeführt. Die beschriebene Vorrichtung ermöglicht bei kleinem Verpackungsvolumen ein sicheres Einfüllen und eine schonende Handhabung der Produkte (3). <IMAGE>
