The present invention detects normal operation of an actuator 3 by simply checking a signal input to a central control device 1 via a drive circuit and a signal output from the central control device 1 to the drive circuit. The present invention includes detection means for detecting an error based on the state of a control signal (a) output from the central control device 1 to the drive circuit and the state of a signal (e) input to the central control device 1 via the drive circuit. By comparing the state of the control signal (a) output from the central control device 1 to the drive circuit and the state of the signal (e) input to the central control device 1 via the drive circuit, the present invention can detect an error in an element or a load within the actuator drive circuit. It means that it accurately detects normal operation or problem of an actuator by simply processing the signal (a) output from the central control device 1 to the drive circuit the signal (e) input to the central control device 1 via the drive circuit (Fig. 2). <IMAGE>
