Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1036907A2] The window has a connecting profile held on the blind frame (1) for fixing an arm (6) of a metal window sill (4). Plug-type connectors (7,8) are molded on the arm of the window sill and on the connecting profile (3). Hooked strips on the connecting profile points downwards, and on the arm point upwards and engage. The hooked strips are prevented from disengaging by a sealing strip (9) supported on the frame and or on the connecting profile. The disengaging-prevention arm is a U shaped bracket open on one side (10) with free arm (11) gripping behind a back-tapered part (12) of the anchoring groove (13).
