Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1038486A2] The panels of a shower cabinet are linked by two profiled strips, one (1) with a U-profile and the other (2) with an L-profile. The two strips are pulled together by screw fasteners and have interlocking edge profiles (28,36) for a secure fitting. The profiled strip connect to the panels and to the wall mounting strips which secure the panels to the wall. The strips form a universal fitting for the corners, wall mountings and other connectors for the shower cabinet.
