Abstract (en)
The holders (11, 12) for the powder coating guns (9, 10) comprise arms (11, 12) with a curved S-shape. The cabin has several walls (2-4) mounted on radial sections of a rotatable support (1) to form at least two cabin segments, each of which can be sealed using a mobile and/or sliding closure wall (5) to provide an enclosed coating region (6). The vertical edges of the cabin walls opposite the support rotation axis are provided with cleaning devices that sweep against the concave inside of the closure wall as the support rotates. The coating guns are supported by pivotable holders.

Um den Beschichtungsprozeß in einer drehbaren Pulverbeschichtungskabine zu optimieren und den Anteil des Overspray zu verringern, wird vorgeschlagen, die Pulverpistolen (9, 10) an einem Pistolenträger (11, 12) zu befestigen, der als S-förmig gekrümmter Haltearm ausgebildet ist und um eine vertikale Achse (13, 14) verschwenkt werden kann. Die Pulverpistolen (9, 10) bzw. Pistolenträger (11, 12) sind mittels eines Hubgerätes (17, 18) in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbar. <IMAGE>
