Abstract (en)
The container/dispenser assembly consists of a plastic or metal container (2) with an open end (5) fitted with a dispensing pump or valve (15), and has an inner axially-moving piston (11) separating the chamber (18) holding the product from a second chamber (19) containing a propellant, especially a compressed or liquefied gas injected through an elastomer plug (6) in the container base. The piston is made from a material which is fed in liquid form into the container and solidifies, especially by polymerisation in situ, to form an elastic structure making a sealed contact with the container's inner wall. The piston contains a reinforcing shield (7) which prevents it from being penetrated by the propellant injection needle.

La présente demande concerne un ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution sous pression d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (2) contenant ledit produit, et dont un bord libre délimite une ouverture (5) dans laquelle est monté un organe de distribution (15), notamment une pompe à actionnement manuel ou une valve (15), un piston (11) étant monté mobile axialement à l'intérieur du récipient, et séparant de manière étanche un premier volume (18), adjacent à l'organe de distribution (15), et contenant le produit, d'un second volume (19) adjacent au premier, ledit piston (11) étant formé de moulage directement à l'intérieur dudit récipient (2). <IMAGE>
