Die Vorrichtung ist vorzugsweise zum Trocknen und/oder Glätten von Hemden vorgesehen und besitzt eine Einrichtung zum Ausrichten der Wäsche sowie eine Heizeinrichtung, der ein Gebläse zugeordnet ist. Gemäß der Erfindung weist die Heizeinrichtung zumindest einen Wärmespeicher auf, wodurch z.B. während dem hohlformartigen Ausrichten der Wäsche Wärmeenergie gespeichert wird und mit Beginn und während des Behandlungsvorgangs zur Verfügung steht, so dass einerseits eine kurze und effizient ausnützbare Behandlungszeit und andererseits eine gute Glättewirkung erzielt wird. <IMAGE>
