The lower end (10) of a threaded rod (9) anchored in the vertical bore (8) on the underneath of the gravestone (3) is screwed by a nut (13) against the underneath of a locking plate (11) connectable with the foundation (1). A gap (4) is provided between the underneath of the gravestone and top side of the foundation and the locking plate is rotatable about the threaded rod in this gap so that in one position of the plate this engages with holding elements anchored in the foundation whilst outside of this rotary position the locking plate is out of engagement with the holding elements. The holding elements are tension elements which can be clamped over the gap towards the foundation

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Grabsteins (3) an einem Fundament (1) mit einer in einer vertikalen Bohrung (8) an der Unterseite des Grabsteins (3) verankerten Gewindestange (9, 9A), mit einer mit dem Fundament (1) verbindbaren Verriegelungsplatte (11), gegen deren Unterseite das untere Ende (10) der Gewindestange (9, 9A) mittels einer Mutter (13) verschraubt ist, zwischen der Unterseite des Grabsteins (3) und der Oberseite des Fundaments (1) ein Spalt (4, 4A) vorhanden ist, die Verriegelungsplatte (11) um die Gewindestange (9, 9A) in diesem Spalt (4, 4A) drehbar ist und in einer Drehstellung der Verriegelungsplatte (11) diese in Eingriff steht mit ihren im Fundament (1) verankerten Halteelementen, während außerhalb dieser Drehstellung die Verriegelungsplatte (11) sich außer Eingriff mit den Halteelementen befindet. Mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung ist der Grabstein leicht mit einem Fundament verbindbar und kann von diesem auch wieder gelöst werden. <IMAGE>
