Abstract (en)
The control offers temporary adjustment of the heating appliance above or below the standard setting. The control device (1) for regulating power consumption comprises a control (1) pivoting about a central axis (3) such that it can be moved through a series of setting positions. The range includes a neutral position (4) and a position (5) which provides a temporary increase in power. A further position (6) provides for a temporary reduction in power, whilst a fourth position (7) provides a reduction of the power to zero. An electronic circuit is controlled by the device, with two detection modules sensing the different positions of the control. A temporary timed increase or reduction in the power provided by the controlled heater results from operation of the control by turning right or left respectively from the neutral position.

Le dispositif comprend un organe de commande (1), monté mobile le long d'une course comprenant une position neutre (4), une position (5) d'augmentation temporelle de la puissance, une position (6) de diminution temporelle de la puissance et une position (7) de mise à zéro de la puissance, une électronique de réglage de la puissance, commandée par l'organe de commande (1), et deux modules de détection, à deux états, pour détecter les différentes positions de réglage de l'organe de commande (1), les différentes combinaisons des états respectifs des modules de détection correspondant respectivement aux différentes positions de réglage de l'organe de commande (1). L'invention s'applique bien aux plaques chauffantes électriques. <IMAGE>
