The circuit breaker has contact points with movable contact parts actuated by a switching shaft with a profiled recess on one end in which a journal with a matching profile formed on an auxiliary switch shaft can engage when fitting an auxiliary switch. The housing wall (22) adjacent to the end face has an opening that can be closed and opened by a sliding element (25) in an aperture in the housing wall near the end face.

Es wird ein Fehlerstromschutzschalter beschrieben, in dem sich kontaktstellen befinden, deren bewegliche Kontaktstücke mittels einer Schaltwelle (15) betätigt werden, an deren einer Stirnfläche eine profilierte Vertiefung (15a) vorgesehen ist, in die ein an einer Hilfsschalterschaltwelle angeformter, angepaßt profilierter Zapfen (41) beim Anbau eines Hilfsschalters (40) eingesteckt wird. Der in der der Stirnseite benachbarten Gehäusewand befindliche Durchbruch (13) ist durch einen in einer im Bereich der Stirnfläche der Schaltwelle (15) befindliche Ausnehmung in der Gehäuseaußenwand geführten Schieber (25) verschließbar und öffenbar ist. Im Auslieferungszustand ohne eingebauten Hilfsschalter ist der Schieber (25) in seiner Schließstellung. <IMAGE>
