Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1039606A2] The device has an insulating rectangular housing with lower (1) and upper (2) parts containing connection elements for conductors of cables for the different equipment. The lower part has an aperture in one long side for strain-relieving insertion of a first cable (9) and guides for insulated cable wires (13) inside the opposite wall that bend through 90 degrees and emanate towards the upper part. The exterior of the upper part has parallel grooves for strain-relieving insertion of a second cable (17) and holes for the stripped end of the conductors (16) of both cables. Contacts for the conductors are mounted inside the upper part. An Independent claim is also included for the use of a device for electrically conducting connection of electrical equipment as a connector in a heating circuit distributor in a heating system.
