[origin: EP1039777A2] A small microphone (1) which can be worn on clothing or on the body comprises a base plate (2) and a top plate (9), and an intermediate mantle (3) with an opening which is covered by a membrane (3'). The microphone has an inner hollow chamber (7) connected to an equalization chamber (8) via a high acoustic impedance component. The equalization chamber is sealed by a loose membrane (6).
