Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2781621A1] The circuit comprises a constant current reference source (26) providing an output which is independent of temperature, supply voltage and the intrinsic parameters of the circuit transistors. There is a variable current source (28) providing an output which varies inversely with temperature, supply voltage and transistor parameters. There is also a mechanism (22,24) for reducing the operating speed of the circuit when the difference in the two currents increases, by reducing the speed of the command signals.
