[origin: FR2772541A1] The invention concerns a method for constructing a frame from a set of data bits, such that part of the frame shows no occurrence of a reference sequence consisting of L bits of value 0, consisting in defining several blocks in the frame said part, for transmitting respective portions of similar length of the set of data bits, and reserving in said part substitution indicator bits (Zi) associated with the blocks respectively. When that bit does not indicate any substitution, the portion of the set of data bits is simply included in the block, and does not contain the reference sequence. Otherwise, each occurrence of the reference sequence in the block is replaced by a substitution sequence of L bits enabling its location.
