[origin: DE19746930A1] Process for improving the biological properties of water and edible oils, and improving the burning properties of liquid fuels especially by oxygen enrichment is claimed. Before or after oxygen introduction, the fluid is irradiated with photons of suitable wavelength(s), to markedly-enhance and prolong its oxygen content. An Independent claim is included for corresponding equipment. Preferred features: CO2 is added too. The wavelength used is 330 nm. It lies especially in the ultraviolet, and kills germs. The oxygen introduced is ionized and/or ozonized for the same reason. Hydrogen peroxide is added. An electromagnetic field applied, aligns liquid molecules for stable bonding with oxygen. The liquid is exposed to a vector potential. This is free of magnetic field. The vector potential communicates oscillatory information to the liquid. For this purpose, individually- modulated laser beam(s) are employed. Oscillatory information is supplied by electromagnetic waves, for which antenna(s) are used. It is alternatively delivered by acoustic waves using loudspeaker(s) or piezoelectric transducers. Each loudspeaker is capable of several frequencies. Mechanical oscillations may be supplied using e.g. piezoelectric transducer(s). The signals are phase shifted by 0-180 deg . The liquid is filtered using activated carbon, as activated carbon threads. They form a knit incorporating silver fibers acting as a sterilant.
