Abstract (en)
The suction unit of the spraying unit (76) has a capacity corresponding to five to twenty times the amount of air supplied t the spray heads (84) to produce the fluid mist (14). Both a section (34,38) of the first housing wall (18) and second housing wall ( lying above the associated opening (106,108), and also a section (36,40) of the first and second walls lying below the openings constructed as hollow wall sections. The free ends of the hollow wall sections adjacent to the openings support screen elements (114,116).

Um bei einer Vorrichtung zum Besprühen von Blechen (12) ein Entweichen von Flüssigkeitsnebel in die Umgebung zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, bei Durchtrittsfenstern (106, 108), durch welche die zu besprühenden Bleche (12) in die Sprüheinrichtung eingeführt bzw. aus dieser abgeführt werden, mit einer Absaugeinrichtung zu versehen. Hierzu sind den Durchtrittsfenstern (106, 108) benachbarte Wandbereiche (34 bis 40) des Gehäuses als mit einem Sauggebläse (62) verbundene Hohlwandteile ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
