Abstract (en)
The product(1) has a flat knitted section(2) with a side edge(3) connected to a knitted flat tube. The tube(4) is seamless a is knitted onto the flat section to form an integral structure. An Independent claim is made for a process for producing the knitted product using a double bar machine producing a front t wall(4a) and separate rear tube wall(4b) which are joined at the side edges by common cords. In the same knitting stage and on t same machine a flat single or double knitted section(2) is produced alongside the tube. The side edges of the flat section are tidied up with right and left cords and the tube edges of the tube facing the flat material and the edge of the flat section adjoining the tube are joined with a single common thread.

Es wird eine Wirkware aus textilen Fäden vorgeschlagen, die aus mindestens einem Abschnitt (2) aus flächiger Wirkware beliebiger Legung und mindestens einem gewirkten Schlauch (4) besteht, der nahtlos hergestellt und einstückig an einen seitlichen Rand (3) der flächigen Wirkware angewirkt ist. Bevorzugterweise ist der Abschnitt aus flächiger Wirkware ein Netz (5), so daß mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Gegenstand ein Türtaschennetz oder ein Rücklehnennetz für Kfz-Innenräume hergestellt werden kann, wobei der gewirkte Schlauch ein federndes Band aus Metall oder Kunststoffen aufnimmt. Diese Wirkware wird erfindungsgemäß auf einer doppelbarrigen Wirkmaschine hergestellt, wobei je eine Schlauchwand auf je einer der beiden Nadelbarren hergestellt und an ihren Rändern durch jeweils einen gemeinsamen Randfaden nahtlos verbunden werden. Einer dieser beiden Randfäden wird gleichzeitig zur Versäuberung eines Randes des Abschnitts aus flächiger Wirkware verwendet, wodurch sich die einstückige Anformung des Schlauchs an die flächige Wirkware ergibt. <IMAGE>
