Abstract (en)
Encapsulated magnets for holding thin sheets on vertical surfaces comprise a magnet mounted in a plastics casing comprising: (a) a thin shell that conforms to the shape of the magnet, except for one of the flat surfaces of the magnet, and has a peripheral lip; and (b) a cover sealed onto the lip of the shell. An Independent claim is also included for a process for producing the encapsulated magnetic, comprising: (i) forming at least one shell in a plastics blank by hot-molding the blank around one or more magnets or magnet models; (ii) covering the magnet-containing shell(s) with a second blank and sealing the two blanks together; and (iii) cutting through the blanks around each shell.

L'objet de l'invention concerne des aimants encapsulés pour l'affichage des feuillets minces par plaquage contre une paroi en matériau magnétique, du type comprenant un élément en matériau magnétique (1) enchâssé dans un support en matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que ledit support comprend, d'une part, une coque relativement mince (2) épousant la forme de l'aimant (1) à l'exception de l'une des faces planes de l'aimant et définissant, un rebord périphérique extérieur (4) et, d'autre part, un opercule (3) rapporté sur ladite coque (2) et scellé sur ledit rebord périphérique (4). Application à la réalisation d'aimants notamment pour tableaux d'affichage. <IMAGE>
