Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1045370A2] The flat preform is made of stiff, flexible material with a bridge (2) part and at least one end part (4). The bridge part a end part have holes (22) in on a line (6) separating the bridge part and end part. The holes hold a tensioning elements (30) in form of a rubber band which can move the bridge part and end part over each other from the same plane. The holes are in pairs so that, when the bridge part is folded along a fold line (8) parallel with its lengthwise extension-line (L), the holes of each pa are on top of each other.
