The cross isolation section has an isolation material tube (1) and having a metallic end (2) at one end and a second metalli element (3) connected to an outer electrical conductor. There is an elastomer cover (4). The inner surface of the metallic end h an annular cavity (5) which is inside a channel (6) and filled with an adhesive material injected in the channel.
