A plate (14) is situated on free sides of a U shaped yoke of a magnet (11) for the release of the plate (14) of an armature connected with the magnetic core (41). With occurrence of an overcurrent the disk armature pulls against the plate and releases switching lock. In case of short-circuit current, the magnetic armature (20) opens due to a strike of a pin (30) onto a contact location (33).

Es wird ein elektromagnetischer Auslöser für einen elektromagnetischen Schutzschalter, insbesondere für einen Leitungsschutzschalter beschrieben, der ein Magnetjoch, einen Magnetkern, einen Schlaganker, eine Spule, eine Spulenhülse und eine Fesselfeder zwischen Schlaganker und Magnetkern sowie einen Fesselmagneten aufweist. Um eine vereinfachte Herstellung erreichen, ist an den freien Schenkeln des U-förmigen Magnetjoches (11) eine Platte (14) befestigt und dem Auslöser ein parallel zur Platte (14) verlaufender Plattenanker (25) zugeordnet, der mit dem Magnetkern (23) gekoppelt ist, so daß bei Auftreten eines Überstromes der Plattenanker gegen die Platte gezogen wird und dadurch ein Schaltschloß entklinkt. Bei Auftreten eines Kurzschlußstromes öffnet der Magnetanker (20) über einen Schlagstift (30) eine Kontaktstelle (33). <IMAGE>
