The liquid is swirled between the inserts (20a, 20b) and the sealing switch (29a, 29b) and through the recesses (23). Preparation device for fluids, particularly fluid fuels, has a housing (2) which has at least one through chamber (3) with through path for a liquid. One or several movable inserts (20a, 20b) are provided in the through chamber (3). Each insert (20a, with a sealing surface (B) is supported on a sealing switch (29a, 29b).
