A mill cutter comprises four concentric steel mill cutters (3,4,5,6) attached to an axle (2) with an external helicoid-threaded extension, joined to a motor (6). The cutters each have a semi-sphere body and include cylindrical extensions, helicoid threaded on the inside with a diameter coinciding with the axle extension. This allows the cutter to be attached with several rectangular diamond bits (5) on the edge of the half-spheres.
