Abstract (en)
The master reel comprises a yarn deflector plate at a distance from the yarn bulb (B). A master reel (8) of the yarn bulb fi between the rear surfaces (11a,11b) of the contour (11c,11d) of the yarn body (11). The yarn bulb is about half of the axial len (L) of a cylindrical contour (11c), and a ball-shaped contour (11d) reaches up to the upper part. The diameter of the cylindrica contour is c. 10-15 mm smaller than that of the yarn bulb, whose height overlaps the spherical contour in an inclined end face.

Die Vorlagespule (8) für eine Doppeldrahtspindel (1), bei der sich ein vom Garnumlenkteller (6) aus im Durchmesser abnehmender Garnballon (B) ausbildet, weist einer Spulenhülse (9) auf, auf welche ein Filamentgarn oder ein elastisches Umwindegarn (10), jeweils im Titerbereich von 10 bis 50 dtex so aufgewickelt ist, daß der aufgewickelte Garnkörper (11) (die Bewicklung) an beiden Enden schräge Stirnflächen (11a, 11b) hat. Die zwischen den Stirnflächen (11a, 11b) liegende Kontur (11c, 11d; 11e) des Garnkörpers (11) ist zumindest annähernd der Form des Garnballons (B) angepaßt. <IMAGE>
