Abstract (en)
A locking system for the locking/unlocking of locks in doors, windows and the like is provided comprising a cylindrical body (4), a front panel (6) and a rear panel (8), characterised in that it comprises a key (1) for cooperating with a cam (5) to enable the locking/unlocking of the lock; connection means (34,35) for connecting said cam (5) to said key (1); a second key (10) connected to a cylindrical member (30) apted to cooperate with said cam (5) to enable the locking/unlocking of the lock; and actuator means (18,38,39) for said connection means (34,35); the arrangement being such that due to the activation of said actuator means (18,38,39) said connection means (34,35) are apted to move from a first non-operative condition, wherein there is no connection between said key (1;10) and said cam (5), to a second operative condition wherein said key (1;10) is connected to said cam (5). <IMAGE>
The locking system comprises a cylindrical body (4) with front and rear panels. A key co-operates with a cam (5) to provide locking and unlocking. A pin (34) and a bush (35) connect the cam to the key. A second key is connected to a cylinder (30) which co-operates with the cam and an electro-mechanical actuator (18) via a rod (38) and lever (39). Movement of the actuator moves a key pin (37) between a non-operative position and an operative position moving the cam to a position where it is connected to the key.
