[origin: DE19801398A1] The radial piston pump has an eccentric drive shaft (4) within the pump housing (2) which carries a sliding ring (8) which moves the pistons (12) radially in relation to the drive shaft (4), within their cylinders (18). A guide (24) prevents the ring (8) from rotating round its own axis. The guide (24) has a projection (26) which is at least partially parallel to the shaft (4), and extends into a recess (28) of larger dimensions than the projection (26).
