A casting aid dosing device, comprising a distributor channel (3) with outlet nozzles (4) and transporters for casting aid delivery over the width of a continuous casting mould, is new. A casting aid dosing device for a continuous casting mould comprises a distributor channel (3) which is located at the broa side of the mould and which has several outlet nozzles (4) terminating above the mould, a transport system in the distributor channel for constantly transporting casting aid to the outlet nozzles (4) and a transporter associated with each nozzle for transporting casting aid through a discharge opening of the nozzle into the mould.

Um das Einbringen von Gießhilfsmitteln in eine Stranggießkokille zu verbessern, wird erfindungsgemäß eine Vorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, bei der ein an der Breitseite der Stranggießkokille (2) angeordneter Verteilerkanal (3) mehrere über der Stranggießkokille (2) endende Auslaufstutzen (4) aufweist, mindestens ein Fördermittel (24) in dem Verteilerkanal (3) das Gießhilfsmittel (12) stetig zu den Auslaufstutzen (4) fördert, jeder Auslaufstutzen ein ihm zugeordnetes Fördermittel (11) aufweist, das das Gießhilfsmittel (12) über eine Austragsöffnung (18) des Auslaufstutzens (4) in die Stranggießkokille (2) fördert. <IMAGE>
