The device includes one or more adhesive heads (9, 12) associated with an enveloping curve (34) so that the material webs (1 can be connected either side of the supply reel (24). The swivel axes (11, 14) of the adhesive heads are mounted outside of the curve. The adhesive heads each comprise a contact pressure roller (10, 13). Independent claims describe method for connecting mate webs, a roll changer as well as a rotary printer fitted with same.

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Materialbahnen in einem Rollenwechsler (1). Dieser nimmt sowohl eine Vorratsrolle (24) als auch eine die Rotation gerade mit einer Materialbahnvorrat versorgende erschöpfte Bahnvorratsrolle (25) auf, wobei die Rollen (24, 25) an einem Tragrahmen (22) aufgenommen sind. Der Tragrahmen (22) ist seinerseits um eine Drehachse (23) schwenkbar und mindestens ein Klebekopf (9, 12) ist einer Einhüllkurve (34) zwischen den Gestellwänden (2, 3) des Rollenwechslers derart zugeordnet, daß beidseits der Vorratsrolle (24) eine Verbindung von Materialbahn (16) ausführbar ist. <IMAGE>
