A plastic form (1) for a cushion material which includes at least one material of 10-30 weight percent selected from a group consisting of ceramic, loess, and elvan and at least one resin of 70-90 weight percent selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyurethane and silicone.
