Abstract (en)
The combined metal foil/woven fabric material, to hold together the slats (1) of a roller shutter, has a coating of a reacti adhesive applied by coil coating at the contact surfaces of the metal profile and/or the woven fabric, which is then shaped into semi-finished product (2,4). The semi-finished units are assembled together, with the metal profiles and the woven fabric (6) against each other at their contact surfaces. The adhesive is activated and set by heating and cooling under pressure. The woven fabric (6) can be of metal wires, synthetic or carbon fibers.

Zum schnellen Herstellen des Verbundes von Metallstreifen mit einem oder mehreren Gewebebahn/bahnen, ggf. mittels Vorfertigung, wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine Kontaktfläche des Metallprofils und/oder des Gewebes mit einem reaktivierbaren Kleber beschichtet wird, dass das beschichtete Metallprofil und/oder Gewebe zu vorgefertigten Halbfertigprodukten bearbeitet wird, wobei die Halbfertigprodukte der Metallprofile und des Gewebes unter gegenseitiger Berührung der Kontaktflächen zusammengefügt und unter Aktivierung und Aushärtung des Klebers verbunden werden. Eine Anwendung des Fertigproduktes, bei der einzelne Lamellen nebeneinander auf eine Gewebebahn aufgeklebt sind, ist die als Rolladenpanzer. <IMAGE>
