[origin: DE19802615A1] The invention relates to a connecting element for connecting a transducer with a sealed fluid system, comprising at least one inlet channel (3), at least one outflow channel (5) and a measuring chamber (7) connected at least with at least one inlet channel (3) and at least one outflow channel (5) in such a way that fluids are able to circulate. The measuring chamber (7) is embodied in a housing (10) and a part of the wall of the chamber (7) is formed by a membrane (11) which is considerably more flexible than the rest of the wall (15, 16) of the measuring chamber (7). To improve the operational reliability and handleability of the connecting element the invention provides for the measuring chamber (7) to have an inlet opening (8) and output opening (9) positioned at the level of parts of the wall which are situated opposite each other and form an edge (15) of the measuring chamber (7) in the part of the wall opposite the membrane (11) which forms the ceiling (16) of said measuring chamber (7). The ceiling (16) is inserted in a central area (17) of the measuring chamber (7) such that a radial-channel-like part (18) of the measuring chamber (7) with a greater distance between the membrane (11) and ceiling (16), and a central area (17) of the measuring chamber (7) with a shorter distance between the ceiling (16) and membrane (11) is obtained, or that a device for mechanically coupling the connecting element with the transducer is provided for in the area of the membrane (11) and the device is part of a snap-on connection.
