Abstract (en)
The device has a turning drum that accommodates the rod-shaped objects (11) in receptacles (10,10',10'') provided for them. turning drum has at least one turning section (4a,4b) that turns at least two rod-shaped objects in parallel with each other. Th turning section is formed by a turning segment on the periphery of the drum that is m movable wrt. the drum. Independent claims are also included for a cigarette manufacturing machine and for a method of turning filter cigarettes an transferring them between rows.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Wenden von stabförmigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Zigaretten (11) mit einer Wendetrommel (2), die die zu wendenden stabförmigen Gegenstände in dafür vorgesehene Aufnahmen (10,10',10") aufnimmt. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Wendetrommel mindestens einen Wendeabschnitt (4a,4b) aufweist, der mindestens zwei zu wendende stabförmige Gegenstände parallel zueinander wendet. <IMAGE>
