[origin: EP1050458A1] The appliance (10) incorporates a filler unit (22), various grippers (18,20) for transporting the empty sacks (24) and holdi the sacks in the filler unit and for discharging the filled sacks. A conveyor belt (30) beneath the filler unit supports and con the filled sacks and has a stringer running over two deflector rollers.. The conveyor belt , beneath the filler unit, is raised lowered by swiveling the deflector roller. A vibrator is positioned below the top stringer (28) of the conveyor belt near the fi unit.
