Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1050499A1] The conveyor (10) has individually controlled clips (12) driven behind each other along a track (18). Each clip has, in a transfer section (16)of the track, two clamping elements (46,58) forming an opening (14) pointing in the circuating direction. A feeder (74) feeds each object (22) into the transfer section by means of the clips which grip the trailing edge (22') of each ob and take it to a procesing machine. The transfer section of the feeder has a support element for the product being gripped by a clip.
