[origin: WO9938678A1] The invention concerns a method and a machine used in said method for making adhesive labels (1) on a support band (3) wound in a coil (5), comprising a silicone support dispenser (4), means for coating (6) with glue (7) the whole surface (31) of said support (3) urged opposite the labels (1), a magazine (2) containing such printed labels, stacked on one another in the same direction and means for package winding (5) said support band (3) after the labels (1) have been positioned. The invention is characterised in that the labels (1) are extracted by means providing fleeting transverse contact (T) between the coated support (3) surface (32) maintained slightly stretched above the magazine (2) extracting zone where a label (1) surface to be coated is constantly presented, so as to extract it by simple elastic contact and bring it by moving the support (3) in the longitudinal direction, towards a system for evacuating the excess glue on the support band.
