[origin: WO9940599A1] The invention relates to an electric fuse-link, especially a low-voltage high-breaking-capacity (l.v. h.b.c) fuse-link (1). The fuse-link comprises a fuse housing (11) which is filled with an arc extinguishing medium, cover plates (12, 12') which are each laterally fixed to the fuse housing (11), a main fuse-element (14) containing contact pins (13, 13') which project over said cover plates (12, 12'), a display fuse-element (17), and an indicator (18) which is spring-actuated in the safeguarding state. The indicator has a longitudinally extended shank (181) situated in an essentially axially parallel manner in an opening (112) provided in the fuse housing (11). A visual opening (113) provided in the fuse housing (11) opens into the opening (112). The fuse-link also has a filling opening which is located in at least one of the cover plates (12, 12') and which can be provided with a plug (122). The longitudinally extended shank (181) is arranged in the area of the visual opening (113) in the safeguarding state and also displays the safeguarding state. In order to provide a fuse-link which indicates the rupture of the fuse on both the fuse-housing and on the front side, the invention provides that the indicator (18) comprises a first shank (182) which is offset at a 90<0> angle from the longitudinally extended shank (181), and at least one additional shank (183, 184) which is offset at a 90<0> angle from the first shank (182).
