Abstract (en)
A mattress for a bed comprises a lower rectangular air chamber (3), a cover film (9) and a frame (12). The air chamber consi of numerous individual chambers (2), and has an upper film (4), four side walls (5,6) and a lower film (7), as well as an air in valve (8). The cover film is joined to the upper film along its edge, and has a water inlet valve (11) for a water chamber betwe the upper and cover films. The frame consists of foam material and is connected to a foam base.

Die Matratze besteht aus einer Luftkammer (3) mit einem Luftventil (8) und einer darüber angeordneten, durchschnittlich 4 bis 6 mm dicken Wasserkammer (10). Die Seitenwände (5) sind von einem Rahmen aus Schaumstoffplatten (13) umgeben, der mit einem Schaumstoffboden (15) verklebt ist. Die Matratze ist leicht und im Komfort vergleichbar mit einem Wasserbett. <IMAGE>
