The spoon dish (1) and the handle are each formed in two parts whereby the first dish part (2) of the spoon is connected to first part (4) of the handle and the second part of the spoon is rigidly connected to the second part (5) of the handle. The han shafts are connected together for scissors movement about a scissors joint and the dish parts of the spoon each have scissors-li cutting edges.

Das Eßbesteck mit einer an einem Stiel befestigten Löffelschale soll behinderten Menschen, die beispielsweise nur eine gebrauchsfähige Hand haben, ermöglichen, Nahrungsstücke, wie z.B. Fleisch, schneidend mundgerecht zu zerkleinern. Dazu sind die Löffelschale (1, 31) und der Stiel (6) jeweils zweiteilig ausgebildet. Die Löffelschale (1) besteht aus einem ersten Schalenteil (2) mit einem ersten Stielschaft (4) und einem zweiten Schalenteil (3) mit einem zweiten Stielschaft (5). Die jeweils starr miteinander verbundenen Schalenteile (2, 3) und Stielschäfte (4, 5) sind durch ein Scherengelenk (7) miteinander verbunden und scherenartig gegeneinander bewegbar. Die Schalenteile (2, 3) weisen jeweils scherenartig zusammenwirkende Schneidkanten (8, 9) auf. <IMAGE>
