Abstract (en)
The filter has a housing, a filter insert selected from a number with different mesh pitches, a slot nozzle beneath the filt bottom, a drive for the slot nozzle, an air feed to the nozzle, an air outlet via the housing from the chamber beneath the filte bottom and a controller. The filter machine has a sensor (2) for automatic identification of the inserted filter (4) using codin the insert. The coding can be stored on a writable memory medium. An Independent claim is also included for a filter insert.

Um für Analysen-Siebmaschinen allgemein die Analysensicherheit gegen Fehlbedienung zu erhöhen, wird vorgeschlagen eine automatisierte Erkennung verschiedenster Parameter des verwendeten Siebeinsatzes (4) zu ermöglichen, insbesondere soll die Maschenweite des jeweiligen Siebeinsatzes (4) durch die Siebmaschine automatisch erkannt werden, indem die Siebmaschine mit einem Sensor (2) ausgerüstet wird, der das eingesetzte Sieb (4) automatisch identifiziert und evtl. zusätzliche Informationen an dem Sieb gespeichert werden können. <IMAGE>
